Preamble
The Meem Noon platform is a mobile application dedicated to connecting merchants interested in selling gold with customers looking to purchase gold. The First Party is committed to providing the following services to the Second Party:
- Operating the platform (as a mobile application) smoothly and without interruptions 24/7.
- Registering the merchant on the platform and providing continuous technical support.
- Providing a dedicated dashboard for merchants to manage store settings, add products, track orders, and view store statistics.
- Offering a variety of payment methods on the platform.
- Providing different shipping and delivery options for merchants to choose the most suitable one.
Accordingly, both parties agree to conclude this agreement in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions

Annual Subscription Fee:
- The registered merchant is obligated to pay an annual subscription fee of 1,200 SAR, noting that merchants are exempted from this fee until 01/01/2026.

Adherence to Actual Inventory:
- Merchants are required to ensure the availability of the products listed on the platform and not delay orders due to unavailable stock.
- The inventory listed on the platform is considered the official and actual inventory.

Accuracy of Product Images:
- Merchants must upload clear and accurate images of their products that display all details naturally, avoiding any manipulation of colors or lighting to misrepresent the product.

Customer Data Protection:
- Merchants commit to safeguarding customer data and maintaining the confidentiality of their information in accordance with Meem Noon’s usage policies.

Delivery of Products in Good Condition:
- Meem Noon disclaims responsibility for any damage to the product during shipping or discrepancies between the shipment and the ordered product.
- Merchants are responsible for communicating with the customer and the internal carrier to resolve any issues that may arise.

Return and Exchange Policies:
- Merchants must define clear return and exchange policies for their store in accordance with their products.
- Meem Noon disclaims responsibility in cases where customers request a return or exchange for any reason.

Refunds in Case of Product Issues:
- Customers have the right to request a full refund if the product has a manufacturing defect or is different from the displayed image.
- The merchant bears the costs of the full refund, including bank or administrative fees, as Meem Noon holds no responsibility for such cases.

Meem Noon Commission:
- Meem Noon charges a commission of 5% on every sale transaction.
- For example:
- If the product price is 100 SAR and the customer pays using Visa:
- Payment processing fee (Visa): 2.5% + 1 SAR = 3.5 SAR.
- Meem Noon commission: 5% = 5 SAR.
- Net amount for the merchant: 91.5 SAR.
- Payment fees vary depending on the payment method used.
Payment Processing Fees
The following fees apply based on the payment method used by customers on the platform:
- MADA Transactions: A fee of 0.95% of the transaction amount is applied.
- VISA/MasterCard Transactions: A fee of 2.5% + 1 SAR is applied to each transaction.
- URPAY Transactions: A fee of 1.5% of the transaction amount is applied.
- STCPAY Transactions: A fee of 2% of the transaction amount is applied.
- Tabby or Tamara Transactions: A fee of 6.99% + 1 SAR is applied to each transaction.
Note:
- The payment option via Tabby or Tamara can be enabled or disabled by the merchant as per their preference.
